Vendor Portal Reporting Revamp

The Vendor Portal is the one-stop-shop for Gartner Digital Market’s vendors to manage every aspect of their campaigns. Vendors use the portal to create content for their ad listing, bid for placement, collect and manage reviews, and report out on performance.

The problem.

 

Problem Statement (User + Need + Goal): Upgraded Vendors need more granular insight into their campaign performance to help inform healthy bidding strategies.

Design decisions.

 

The solution should:

  • Give a high level view into campaign performance

  • Allow users to drill down into each level of their campaign

  • Enable users to gain quick and actionable insights on how their campaign is performing against their internal company goals

  • Provide data visualizations to quickly and effectively understand the trends of their data

  • Maintain all of the current reporting functionality
